Cost of Scouting with Pack 306


costWhen compared with other activities a boy can engage in today, Cub Scouting is a bargain!  With each new scouting season there will be some initial expenses and reoccurring costs.  Pack 306 helps our scouts and their families to keep the cost as low as possible through our fundraising efforts.   Here is the cost breakdown for a new scout joining our pack.

Annual Dues:  $30 for pack + $35 (+$12 Boy’s Life) paid to BSA.

Uniform Cost: ≈$90.0

  • Class A shirt-  $25.00
  • Class A pants- $25.00
  • Class A Belt-  $10.00
  • Class A Cap- $15.00
  • Neckerchief slide – $6.00
  • Neckerchief – $9.00 (optional spare)

Note: Blue Class-A is typically only purchased once and is worn for the Tiger, Wolf, and Bear Rank. Tan/Green worn by Webelos until crossing over to the Boy Scout Troop. New uniforms are not needed each year.
